About Me

I  trained in EFT in 2008, after discovering EFT as a self-help tool. 

Initially I was looking for something that would help me overcome the fear, high anxiety and difficult emotions I had experienced for a number of years after a relationship breakdown.  I had a wealth of experience of personal development courses, workshops, groups.

I was amazed, and continue to be, at how powerful EFT is and how quickly it works.  I made a committment to sharing this incredible tool with others, and so I trained as a Practitioner.  Shortly afterwards I completed my Matrix Reimprinting Training as well.

I have experience of working with fear and anxiety, ME, exhaustion, negative thoughts and feelings, traumatic memories, PTSD, relationship and money issues.

In 2010 I worked with people suffering from PTSD as an effect of war in Sarajevo, Bosnia, with the charity Healing Hands Network.

I love training people in the art of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, and in helping people remember just how amazing they are, and helping them see that that they have the power within themselves to live full and happy lives.

My Training

I am an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Trainer and Practitioner, training with EFT Master and Matrix Reimprinting creator Karl Dawson.  I was lucky enough to be there at the beginning of Matrix Reimprinting, and was one of the first practitioners and trainers, worldwide.

I hold a degree in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University, but got the best of my education from the University of life, with some fantastic teachers, including Wayne Dyer, Mother Theresa (whom I had the privilege to meet in 1991), my family, the EFT and Matrix community, Karl Dawson, my daughter, Esther and Jerry Hicks, and Mike Dooley to name but a few.

I was born and grew up in Sevenoaks, Kent and I moved to Machynlleth in Mid-Wales in 2002. I feel completely at home here in Wales; I love the pace of life, the fantastic community, the mountains, the sea.

I offer one-to-one sessions in EFT and Matrix Reiprinting on the phone and on skype.

I offer training in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting in Wales, the rest of the UK, and overseas. (accredited with AAMET and Karl Dawson). More details.
