My name is Fiona Smith. I am an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Trainer based in Machynlleth, mid Wales.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Reimprinting are both techniques based on the body's energy system.

Matrix Reimprinting is a revolutionary new process based on EFT, and created by EFT Master Karl Dawson. It draws upon the findings of quantum physics and the new sciences and recognises that we are all connected by a unified energy field.

Matrix Reimprinting is very exciting as it has the capability of releasing deeply held negative patterns and helping to make powerful lasting changes at a core level, often extremely quickly. Matrix Reimprinting has often helped people to completely transform their lives.
